Scooter bars

Hey,

Is the scooter forks steel or other material because im thinking of welding something like thoes *bad bars* to the actural forks it would work and i'ld make a casing to put over it!


when i make a prototype ill show you guys !lol

It might work as Im pretty sure that the forks are steel... It would be kind of stupid tho cause you would have to saw off the bar to take off the headset or something.

yea that wouldnt do shit either.. like theres no point.. it wouldnt even like reinforce it in anyway.. dont do that

Hey, you might actually try not welding but bolting it directly to the fork and it might work, I might try doing that with my bar.

drilling directly thru the fork will weaken it a lot

I don't think so, my steel bars go all the way down the fork.
Anyway after a bit thought I dont think its a good idea cause taking off the aluminium stem wouldnt reduce much weight and it makes the whole setup a bit stronger.
