So I actually read what I wrote 2 years ago and I have to say that I still agree 100% with my statements. A lot of people on here still look like clowns and put out embarrasing videos, but who am I to say anything about it. I get the whole "we don't give a fuckk, wear whatever, ride however" attitude. You really cant argue with that belief. All I'm sayin is that the people who look like goofy clowns on their stock Razor scooters and worthless riding apparell are the same people who complain about getting made fun. If you want the industry to buy into scooterinng, you first have to make the sport seem like it has the potential to be marketable. Notice how everyone dresses like skateboarders now, even those who dont skate. I'm not sayin that we have to dress like skaters or try to get everyone to look like us, just have some cool style when your out there if you feel like it.
Wear and ride however you feel like it, but don't complain when people tell you that you look like a super goober. It's not a bad thing to make yourself presentable because it doesn't have to involve sacrificing your sense of individuality. Moreover, slight tighter jeans allow for style, flexibility, aerodynamics, and much better protection when you take those nasty bails. Shorts only keep you cool, but you don't look cool.
