inward extreme threadLESS forks come in .083 inch thick wall and cost 70 dollars
inward extreme threadED forks come in .120 inch thick wall and cost 80 dollars

inward 0 offset threadLESS is is .083 thick and cost 57
inward 0 offset threadED is .120 inch and cost 67

inward hybrid 0 and 10 threadless both are .083 wall and cost 79
threaded cost 89

I know you know the thicknesses and all that stuff, just confirming there is a cost difference

Agreed.
Honestly, I hate to be a dick but it's really not that hard to design a simple part. Unless cnc machining a deck is in your near future all of the measurements you need can come from your old parts. That way, you can modify them to your liking too. By this I mean offset, strength, weight, wheel size, gussets, materials, you name it.
