THIS WILL HELP YOU TO REINFORCE YOUR DECK
http://trotirider.free.fr/deck.pdf
sorry if you don't understand but the pictures will help you.

VERY IMPORTANT: The front things is really important. If the two bars aren't linked to the folding mech system, it will break the front of the deck. SO IT'S HARD TO MAKE, but if you do it, it's paradise, you won't break decks anymore!!!!

i just did this. i got a bar from the hardware store, and cut it the size of my bars and bolted it in where those two stock bars go and it works really good.

FUCK RAD BARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

those suckers crack the tube of my fork cuz u need to tighten that shit so it wont fall off and it makes this gay pattern on the tube that screws it up. :( o whyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy

Works well, and now i can put BMX grips on it and not have any excess hanging off the end.

i dont know it its ever been done but i just did it and it works for me, if u have a new headset for ur scooter, dont put the lock nut back on top of the top cap, just put a spacer of a bike headset on it, the mae sure its adjusted how u want it, put the bars ontop and tighten down,U u shouldnt have any more nuts on the fork, just a top cap and spacer, make sure its tight though
