make sure you've completely gutted the mech. How many bolts did you put in and where on the mech did you put them?

I've completely and utterly gutted the mech. I put in three bolts, shown here:

The red is where I have bolted it.
(thanks to royceescooter for his image, lol couldn't be bothered taking one of my own!)

It seems that when I stand on the scoot, it sort of "collapses" partially, then wiggles and I don't know how to combat it.

wel try bolting it through where the folding part used to be instead of front to back, and make sure its tight.

I've done that, those red dots are where I have put the bolts. The bottom one is where the folding mech used to be, then I put two extra to make it stronger.

ya I meant the bolt in the picture where you used a line, put it through the hole in the side. And if you make sure its really tight, it shouldnt wiggle.

I think I need better bolts, the heads on the ones I have strip when I try to tighten the bolts as much as I can. All I wanna do is ride man, why is that so difficult, lol.

Just weld the new a's . no matter how many time u bolt it the thin steel will still bend and cause the wiggles so just weld the mech and u will be fine thill the mech rips from the scooter like they always do.

Ok, To lock the mech do you have to use old b axles? of can you get around the same thing from a hardware store???

-2 1/2" by 3/8" bolt
-2 1/2" by 5/16" bolt
-2 1/2" by 5/16" bolt
-washers

Apparently I can use old bearings instead of washers? And also this is for a Madd Scooter not a razor.

If you do indeed have a Madd scooter, just look at the picture of James scooter (that I posted)... You only really need 1 bolt for Madd scooters but I use 3 just so they don't vibrate loose.
