Fitting 110MM Wheels on your Pro Model

Take the front wheel off your scooter, on the bottom of the fork you will see a black cap. Get a screwdriver, wedge it under the cap and pop it off, put the wheel on and bam its fine. Now for the back, if the yak dosn't fit perfect in there you have 3 options...

-ride the wheel until your wear it down
-take a hammer to the brake and knock it up a little (not recomended)
-take off the wheel and brake, get a metal file, and file the deck in a little so that the spring is moved back more and the brake is a little higher so the wheel fits.

Making some pegs for your scooter

Ghetto way: get a longer bolt, a nut, lots of old bearings and voilÃ?Æ?Ã?â??Ã?â? Ã¢â?¬â?¢Ã?Æ?ââ?¬Å¡Ã?â??Ã? : An example.
Easy way: use sockets (for wrenches) as pegs, durable and easy to install. Picture.
Sloppy way: use BMX pegs, but they either have 10mm or 14mm hole so it's too big. Pic.
Hard way: made out of BMX threadless forks and topbolts. SOLID but might be hard to find parts and make. Tutorial.

Micro Metal Core Bearings Clicking?

So if you bought a pair of micro metal cores, they eventually make the most annoying click because the bear slot ovalizes or something, the click is so loud and annoying it makes you not want to ride the wheel. Heres the solution. Take your bearings, and wrap the outside in electrical tape, than trim it so its not hanging over the edges, than jam them into the wheel (don't forget to put your spacer in!). It should stop the clicking noise, you might need to replace the tape from time to time because it wears out.

Reinforcing Your Pro Model Deck

For about $7 you can make your scooter last so much longer with a few simple tools: http://andrewbroussard.com/e107_plugins/forum/forum_viewtopic.php?246153

Making Handlebars For Your Scooter

If you would like to make some strong one-piece handlebars for you scooter there are a few things you are going to need:

-tig (recommended) or mig welder. or someone who can weld it for you
-4130 chromoly handlebar = http://onlinemetals.com/merchant.cfm?pid=7333&step=4&showunits=inches
-4130 chromoly steer tube = http://onlinemetals.com/merchant.cfm?pid=7341&step=4&showunits=inches
-drill/file and temple to make a hole/notch in the steer tube so the tubes will fit together snugly
-a jig to keep the tubes square during welding

now just get the tubes, notch/drill the steer tube, put both in the jig, and weld them together.
