haha yeah, I'm on my last one. I'm gonna try to buy one off my friend though, so yeah. Otherwise I'll have to ride either my cracked pro or knockoff old a.

reinforce your pro or youll go straight through the dropouts since you do a lot of pivots, manuals, bar to mannys, which puts a lot of stress on the dropouts.

the only reason people like new a's is because people who can barely whip can bust out a double flat

dude i took my pro to this bmx demo and i was shwoing off my dub whips flat and this random dude with a non modded new a just threw down a double whip like it was nothing but then he couldnt even manny.

.....The New A's are actually good......
if you only ride park and no flyout then maybe...

they actually are pretty good. I got a new a with a b neck and foldy, and a reinforced deck and I am always amazed at its lighness and easy whipability. It works fine for smaller riders but its kinda ankward to bigger/taller riders. the problem is when you go back to a pro, your riding will be fucked and you will have to take some time to get used to it again. the best way to use a new a b foldy, is to leave it in your garage as a spare scooter and use your pro as your all time scooter. when your pro breaks or has a problem, you use the new a and you will see how easier most tricks will be. then when you get another pro, or you can use your other again, you switch back to it. In other words you use you new a as a once in a while ride. Im going to do this because I have huge feet and am really tall which makes it hard for me to land directly on the deck on certain tricks. but it is the ideal scooter for small people.
Yeah, thats basically what i do, except reversed. I ride a new a/b foldy primarily, and when that breaks I ride my pro until I can get a new a. Its pretty sweet because i can usually buy one off a friend for 5 bucks.

And Owen, I'm riding a new a headtube and have had no problems, haha.

Did you reinforce yours? Maybe its possible that when you rode yours new a decks were slightly stronger? i dunno
i broke my new A / B foldy after 6 days of riding..... THEY SUCK!
ok, well, new a b foldys are usually only good for smaller riders, like me :)

I might do, seeing as though I'm pushing 5 foot, at about 35kg/5 stone 5 lbs..
But, how do you get them in the UK? I'll try eBay, Amazon, etc.

i ride new a fork/bars/head tube...
a lot of people around here do that to save weight. it really does help.
if i get my hands on a used one, that's the first thing i'd take.

but i think the old a brakes and b brakes are stronger than new a's. if you take a wire brush/dremel/sandpaper to your new a brake, it looks a lot like copper...

oh, and i got my stock b without suspension forks...

new a brakes are steel, aren't they? pro brakes are like aluminum or something, i know their not as heavy as new a brakes.

I'm stuck with this 'new" A2 that my friend gave me, im going to get a Pro sometime. I used to ride an Urban, then it broke. Then I had some other Razor (mightve been old A) but it got stolen.

I actually use an Original B model. Got it for christmas like 5 years ago. It's way better that any scooter i've ever had and it's as sturdy as rock, so if u got one in your garage or something, totally pull that momma out slap on sum full deck grip and have at it!!!!!!!
