lube your headset, put a small headset spacer in, make sure ur headset is put together right, tighten it, if that doesnt work then make sure the forks threads arent stripped, otherwise, who knows

top bearing is upside down, flip it over and tighten the tits out of it

thanks guys. I flipped the bearing and tightened it like no tomorrow and its dialed now! hehe and smooth. well. for now.
