Scootering in Nebraska

First of this isn't me, its the only other scooter rider that i know of in a 500 mile radius. Ocasionally i will see him at my local and we'll ride together. I randomly came across his video on youtube and thought i would show SR one the the 2 known riders in Nebraska.
