today at the skatepark i was doing a 360 out of the quarter pipe and landed slightly backwards. So i only way like 95lbs and my deck bent behind the foldy mech and my bars snapped at the top. my bars came off and my deck bent so bad that at first i just though my bolts gave out cuzz it was folded like a stock razor lol but ya i wish scooters were stronger because i have no spare deck and i am forced to ride a skateboard now because i will have nothing else to do...maybe ill try to get pics idk tho

i made my own reinforcements that are like the pro model plates inside the deck so the foldy never rips off, you just take old b dropouts and saw them down so it makes an "L" shape, and drill through the deck where the back axle goes and where the brake bolt goes, then put bolts in it

yea I made a thread like this already, but yea, scooters break, then again so do skateboards, just got to learn to deal with it.

scoots break about as often as skateboards IMO, but its a lot worse when a scoot breaks since you spend hours modding them.

dude i fuckin hate breakin scooters. listen to this, i just got a brand new pro model about 1 month ago and i havent been ridin much park (only twice with it) and the drop outs are already cracked =/ it fuckin pisses me off, i mean am i really riding that hard????? or are Razors just SHIT!!!!!!!!!!!!!
uh, I'd say both haha.. Just reinforce your pros. They are way easier to reinforce than old/new a's and last longer than b's so just reinforce everything you can and land things smooth..

get a pro, SR fork, buff bars, and lock everything up, reinforce the deck if you have to. i guarantee the scooter will hold up for a long time, wheels idk what to tell you

low pros for the wheels-i had cracked ones and hot glued them and they're perfect now
and i suggest my newest idea which is welding the reinforcements to the deck in certain spots to provide more stregnth

really.. scooters are very weak... theyre not that strong as a bike... i break different parts every week... and my scooter is reinforced everywhere.
i think reinforcements are shit... we new stronger parts not reinforced parts
