it's hard to think of a place to start getting scooters into actions sports tours and the x games and stuff like that. we are basically starting from scratch. if you are in the scootering community, you know a lot about it (hopefully) but if you aren't, you have nooo clue about all the insane stuff riders can do. maybe the sport just needs some sort of a spark to attract attention? maybe someday a member of the scootering community will become somewhat well known in a different action/freestyle sport, and maybe that person will think back to the great experiences in this sport and try to get it recognized. (you never know.)
i'm really not sure, there are soo many remote possibilities, but none of them seem like they would work. skateboarding and BMX have been around for so long that by the time people started thinking of making events like the X Games, it seemed essential to put those sports in because they had so much time to develope their own tricks before it all started. scooters haven't been around for nearly, NEARLY as long, maybe we should just give it time.
we can always hope and pray and try our best. even if that doesn't work, we are having fun, and that should be what doing sports like these should always revolve around.
