Scooters on airplanes

im sure this thread has already been made but since xw is around the corner i was wondering how everyone takes their scooters on planes.

take apart and put in luggage?

i put mine in a guitar case.. but that was with 16 wide.. you should probly just take it apart at the foldy and stick it in your suitcase

i just got back from arizona so i put bolts out, folded the mechanism and pulled the bars out and put them in seperate bags.

i took my scooter to london from sydney australia. I pulled the bars out and it fitted fine but i did have a big bag.

I payed extra $8 to use oversise baggage, Take it to the check in and they just chuck it on the plane in one piece

well with scs you can just pull the bars off take as carry on then in the middle of the flight put the bars on lol or just do the suitcase thing
