Scooting needs better edits

Im into filming almost as much as im into scootering and i agree so much, im so tired of kids getting a t3i and a rokinon fisheye and film everything with it. So repetetive.
I hate (dislike) the way videos are being put together now. ^I also invest equal time in both riding and filming (which is the reason I progress so slowly haha, but I don't really care anyway). I actually have a project in the works in which I plan to do something that's never been done in scooters and is even pretty uncommon in skatebording. I won't say anything else about it though, I don't want my idea to get jacked haha

some are pretty decent or pretty damn good edits, but some are just pretty shit hahaha

being involved from the beginning of the sport and possessing a copy of the original RVM1 , one thing i can tell you is that they have massively improved ! heck i watched an Ethic or Elyts edit a couple of year back and that was sick ! people just need to learn

Anyone here remember evolution or the NBS series? They where sick lil videos back in the day.
the NBS video´s pretty much showed me whats possible on a scooter ^^
i remember waiting for half an hour just to load 15secs of a video with our old dial-up connection
couldn´t believe what these guys were doing (quad whips, transfers to feeble and all that
)if anyone still has a link to that nbs video that had the eye of the tiger cover in it i´d love to rewatch that and see how it holds up

yo you're fucking ridiculous dude go on the trendkill facebook or lit or something like that there are assloads of sick ass, well done videos coming out constantly. SR has top ten videos of the month. five years ago, it was the only ten videos of the month. Sorry to be rude but seriously there has been so much growth and progression over the past few years and there are tons of kids making sick ass videos. Do you just not watch videos? Or do you just have some crazy, high-minded idea about what scootering should be? Where are your groundbreaking videos that will get us "a lot more credibility"? Who the fuck cares about credibility? Be the change man, and appreciate your scene because there is a lot to learn even if sometimes it seems like there isn't.

filming/editing is getting way better but if you think it's as bad as it used to be you're watching the wrong videos. instead of watching those t3i/rokinon park kid day edits for instagram look at tilt, satori, alchemyst, there's plenty.
