alot easier than it is to play hendrix/clapton

as much as i like, hardcore/posthardcore/whatever isnt that hard. theres no skill in playing a breakdown, and most of the other shit is powerchords, so youre really not making a good argument.

but to the kid posting, you dont even know what screamo emo gay music is. youre uneducated, so just stop posting.

my cousin does vocals for his local band dreadful end. and he said it takes time to learn how to do them though once he learned it is pretty easy. he said its not the screaming/groaning thats hard to do, its just that its easy to mess up.

lol. ah, one of my friends is some wanna be emo and he listens to all this "im gonna cut myself" stuff. then he crys (at football practice) and shit and im like

"dude, wtf are you doing???"

"im depressed"

then were up on head to head drills (just run at eachother and tackle bacially). hes still crying and lalalala bunch of bullshit he goes through after practice cuz the coach thought he was bieng a pussy.

DOUBLE thank you for saying that. the skill level of professional musicians from the 70's to today has gotten WORSE. they suck. i can pick up a frigin guitar and play some songs on the radio. sad...

I'm not really a fan of emo/screamo music, it gets pretty old. Listen to the emo version of Suburban Rhythm by Reel Big Fish and you'll see how hard it is to play that stuff.
