scs bolt wont tighten

my botttom bolt wont tighten on my scs i tightened it alot and i heard a snap. the bolt didn't snap it just wont tighten

you stripped it, you're gonna have to drill it out now.

look inside the whole is part of the bolt in there?

no there isnt i switched the bolt too so its not messed up

When you heard the "Snap" that could have been the Threads in the HOLE that stripped.

Clamps are aluminum but the Bolts are steel- very easy to strip out the threads in the hole.

If the threads are stripped then yer only option is to re-thread one size bigger and use a bigger bolt.

It is very important to use an Anti seize lube on the Bolts in Clamps-

Some of the Clamps come with some, Districts do but the Blunt clamps don't

Not sure about the SCS clamps but they need it also.

try to avoid all of this by not using scs , switch to HIC its 20 times better , less weight less problems

You still need Anti seize on the Bolts for the Clamp
