scs help please

ok ive taken out all of the bolts except the second to bottom one like will not comeoff any ideas?

what won't come out? you need to be more specific.

if you're talking about the bars, just pull up hard while standing on your scooter, even when you loosen everything, they're still in there pretty snug.

Put the other ones back in and tighten them up, at least so they're snug, then take that one out. You should remove every one a little at a time, don't take them completely out one at a time.

Sounds like you've made the stupid yet so simple mistake of tightening the bolts up one at a time. I did the same thing when i got my SCS(was the same bolt in fact), ended up having to saw the bolt in half then cut a slit in the threaded half(as appose to the bolt head side) so that you can get a chisel/screw driver on it just enough to twist it out.
