Ok so i was going to tighten the bolt inside the scs the one with the top cap and it stripped i think in the starnut and i tried loosening it and it wont come all the way out , the bolt is really loose and it spins without any problem and the part where the bolt threads into the starnut is stripped and my scs wont come off, any ideas???? btw i have a new top cap, bolt, and star nut to replace it with
