scs problem

I got a scs and a qcs fork when i put it all together its perfect, dosnt woble at all but after like 5 minutes of riding it loosns right up a wobles like mad at the headset but i just but a brand new headset in it? Can anyone help me out her so i can get my scooter dialded.

Locktite works, or I spraypaint my threads with a few coats and it holds in better, well for me anyways don't know anyone else who has tried it

i was just going taking it apart to try the lock tite thing but when i when to unscrew the bolt that runs through the scs and bolts in to the start nut it just unscrewed the star nut. So now the star nut it stuck to the bolt and striped out so it wont go back it

no i never it came with the fork, unless qcs screwed up and gave me the wrong one

QCS forks have no starnut. They have a removable insert. I have heard about people getting defective inserts that just spin and don't tighten, just email lloyd and he'll be happy to help.
