you dont have to bolt it

i ride a shadow conspiracy with 16 wide. All you do for the cross bar is cut 2 pieces of t-tube and put them in and make sure it is even. Then tighten it up

Its pretty easy you'll figure it out

wtf man, you're not supposed to put mtb bars facing up, they're supposed to be facing forwards, so that your bars have BACKSWEEP, not downsweep. Backsweep makes it way nicer to barspin and everything, that's why it's there.

And I heard seatposts are not that great because the bars bend easy if you run wide bars and ride anything but flat. If you are wierd and prefer stock width, then go ahead, because you can stick mtb bars in there and cut them to size so you get a bit of backsweep on your bars. But, the best way to go if you don't want to get aftermarket bars is to get a custom crossbar (a pipe, or mtb bars, whatever) and bolt them into your stock t-tube.

i use 1/2 black steel piping for my crossbar....not going to bend haha....

Haha, I bent my 20 wide coppers on the first day, and I couldn't find any bars, so I went into the shed and found a pole used for that horse shoe throwing game. All I had to do was cut the pointy tip off and make it 20 wide. It's lasted me atleast 3 months.
