Your an idiot. Theres no service because I'm not using it now. Why would I pay AT&T 40$ a month to use a phone I'm not using. I have a iPhone 4. You have to get a contract with AT&T to have service. Your pretty much saying it should have service when you recieve it and I should pay your bill each month so gtfo
