Yes choromoly is allot stronger but heaps heavier then aluminum.

Um, i'd make both. And put different prices on each. Make the aluminium bars cheaper.

my god chromolly unless you do some really heavy duty gussets you can bend aluminuim in less than a week of riding also if you wanted it to be strong wouldnt you have to heat treat it or something??? + chromolly isnt that much heavier
