senior problem

so, i got one of the first senior forks, i had scs at first but thn switched to ics and whn i tried to put the fork n my bars (homemade) it wouldnt fit. So the first thing i thought was that i hav the wrong ID but i measured some tank bars i have and they are the same ID, but tthe OD of the senior was too big. So i had to take it to a machine shop to get it grinded down to fit in my bars. It works now, but im pissed i had to spend more money to get a 90 dollar fork fixed. anyone have this problem??

Holy shit! almost same exact thing happend to me. Well kind of, I got lucky bars and a lucky fork, the fork's steer tube was to big so I had to take it down to the machine shop and it cost me $65! I e-mailed Lucky Scooters but they still havnt responded...
