chandler i just select the rider with one of the selection tools (duh) in photoshop. sometimes just the lasso tool or like the magnetic lasso tool. i know of other ways to but thus works best. heres a couple

i made a sequence with paintshopand it sucked.
adobe photoshop works so nice

Photoshop sucks unless you know how to use it properly. Just like most programs. You can do what I've done without photoshop. Its just cut and paste.

your shadow is missing when your manualing so it looks weird. you might want to fix that on any future sequence photos
