Serious quetions

Ima huge weight weenie, and I have my orion currently stocked out, i see that kasson cuts holes into his deck to reduce the weight, is there any place I could go (Fay NC) to get this done since me personally do not have the experience nor the tools to do this myself, and also, I was thinking just doing one big sort of "oval" into the deck, right in the middle, (no where, where you grind on) would this hurt the strength of the deck? sorry for long post..

Obviously it would make the deck weaker.

or call around to other Metal Fabrication shops or Machine shops- machine shops primarily cater to Automotive projects but they should have a Mill or an Industrial drill press with a hole saw to make your holes.
