Ok I know Im sounding like a noob but whatever headset I may run fsa sealed/unsealed or stock razor headset it always comes loose. Ive tried what BK does by putting tape on the clamp/nut but it still somehow seems to get loose. Yes even with the second locking one. How do you guys handle this? When I tighten to fuck the second "locking " its tight on the first nut but both of them simotanesously come loose while im riding. I know it snot a big issue just a little bit of play in your headset but its getting annoying and I need a solution.

Perhaps buy something like "Loc-Tight" solution which basically just glues your screws in, but allows you to remove them without much difficulty.

this happens to mine sometimes too, but ive learned to live with it, i took my bearing thing off the bottom of the fork that is probaly why mine moves, have you done any modding to that part of the scooter, or cleaned ur headset recently or anything of that sort?

thats if you use blue loc-tite

Just be strong and make the clamp uberly tight and it won't unscrew... or use a double clamp and if your running one already maybe chuck another double one ontop, or a single one and make sure they're tight as.

do you put that little like...ring thingamabob in the headset at the top underneath the tightening bolt?

do it...its a pain in the ass to get out afterwards, but worth it.

dylan, if i remember correctly, you have rad bars...so just tigthen the bolts as much as you want them, then push the rad bars down as tight as you can get them to the top nut, then try the tape thing...that way if they try to loosen theyd have to push the bars up, which isnt gunna happen
