I honestly think its retarded. Its just like Razor making bikes. They're gonna be shitty quality, still look good, and be marketed to the stupid 1% spoiled rich kids. Rep the OG companies.
ok although all there doing is just trying to make money they are still putting out a begginer scooter. when i was riding a few years back, only going to walmart, kmart, etc. and just seeing the razor piece of shits out there was dissapointing... now atleast going to the store and not only seeing one freestyle scooter but having a choice of 3 if not more! it deffiantly shows that the sport is expanding. and i dont think that we should all be saying shit about shaun white when no one has ever had the chance to talk with him...
The deck looks kinda weak, though the welds don't look too shitty. The forks are apparently threadless, although I see no compression system (could be ics). The forks look like crap that would bend quickly, though. The wheels look like a cross between rup wheels and oem urethane and ebay wheels. The only thing that looks somewhat not crap is the bars.

nothings wrong with kids getting scooters under 300. shit i was riding a rup not to long. and why do i care if there getting ripped off?because this guy thats trying to make money anyway possible is gunna give the kids shit and thatll leave them with a negative image of our community and so theyll be skeptical about buying anyhing else once that brakes so theyll just quit and go into bikiNg when they coulda spent there psrents money on a proper scooter and im rambling now.

the scooters actually really nice. Shaun white doesn't really make them with his own money a company just bought the rights to put his name on stuff probably to help it sell. The wheels are like exactly the same are razor wheels, bars are nothing special, but not bad, grips are nice, deck is weird, like a madd with a reinforced circular downtube, and a kinda square headtube. HTA isn't bad at all, forks are like micro or dsa, overall its pretty light, and a good buy for the price, definitely a beginner scooter though. I knwo this because i sell them in the ecx shop, anyone that has one or ridden it is very happy with it. But i wouldn't suggest a professional rider purchase one, just the same as i wouldn't suggest a stock RUP to a professional rider.

What if the scooter is pretty nice? That wouldn't make him legit? I don't see a problem with it, they just want a piece of the pie. And if they sell more than some of the "legit" companies, than perhaps these legit companies can take notes and up their professionalism, turnaround time and advertising to keep up.
Don't get me wrong, I'm not interested in going out and buying one. Nothing really draws me to even want one, but I doubt a Shaun White scooter is really going to be any form of industry killer. It's solely being targeted to you younger riders who obviously know the Shaun White name, and it sure doesn't look like some kind of overpriced model B Razor with fancy stickers, so hey...why not. Let em give it a try.
