hey shelby about a year ago SLAP had a photog contest to hire some new ones. (i think it was SLAP) one kid was 14 i think.
and i mean i know its hard, but i think you should harass a bunch of magazines and continue to send them pictures and who knows, maybe something will happen.

or just stick with scoots and maybe in a couple years when some one gets their shit together someone will start a mag.
