No dude, just a month or two ago I shipped my TSI from PA to Cali. It was 26 dollars but there was other stuff in the box and a TSI weighs more than a Phoenix. Bring 25 to the post office with you, buy delivery confirmation and insurance, any insurance up to 200 bucks is only 2 dollars. Well worth it.
