Shipping Troubles

I bought a scooter from chris juliano and it was held up at the border because they said it was "illegal" Right now we have no clue what to do since the scooter was shipped back to him. I was just wondering if this happend to any of you guys, and what you did.

dude thats bs. have some fish drive it to the coast of ur country or watever and they can ship it for u. tell them u will order pretection against sharks for a whole year. they will beileve u trust me. i did it.

that seems really unfair,ive never had trouble like this before,but you should try to look into it more,cuz it will be seriously infuriating to ot get something that you already payed for.
