Should I trade my XT and stuff for a vx2100!?!

Alright should this (I trade 350D body, 18-55mm EF-S lens, a YY Shoe Mount flash w/ 4AA rechargeable batt with charger, 2 Batterys (Canon Batt, and Other brand Batt.), 1 Charger[with car charger], a SunPak Tripod with a camera bag, 1GB DDR2 RAM.) for a sony vx2100 with everything on this image.

^^^ I asked him and hes pure legit, and everything works fine except the eyepeice is gone, which is $48 to replace on sony.com...

so should I?

The heads are what playback and record the video. I doubt there is, but if theres over like 1000 hours on them i dunno if i would trade it.
