Why do you welcome negative feedback?
I guess, here's mine.

Don't fairy foot, try to lose the sex change whips, don't do tucks and lookbacks for a while, if you do, learn them better flyout/hips before airs, different song choice.

That wasn't negative, that was constructive criticism, if i were you i'd ask for that, not negative.

And i'd say you'd have an alright chance, just try film some more, but i don't really know what Bill is looking for in riders..
