It's not. I've never actually looked into details due to the lack of interest in online dramas, but somehow they (skate3teamthebest) are ripping money off kids with the hoax thet post, according to another skate-game-related community.

Some people seem to overflow their terrain meterss.

You can build much more by using ledges, kicker, rollers, and banks instead of platforms and mega terrain.

Also, adding scaffolding does not take up any park space.
You can add quite a lot before it limits you to the number you can place.
