It's alright, lots of the bowls are super uneven though. Check out Overlook skatepark, it's also in Lancaster. Not cement though.
Idk what you mustve did to get kicked out, but I ride FDR all the time on my scooter. Sure, you get some weird looks and comments at first, but as long as you respect everyone, show good park etiquette and throw down, no one really bothers you. Ive lost count of how many times Ive been to FDR, and yesterday was the only day I went there not on a scooter and Ive never had any problems there.
That place blows. Thats where all the scooter kids congregate. If youre gonna be in that area, hit up maple shade skatepark, dgs in moorestown, or even freedom skatepark in medford which just got completely redone and should be open soon

Black Diamond is okay. But if you feel like driving to Jersey then you got Williamstown Skatepark (my local), which is barley a half hour from Philly, Maple Shade (nice cement park), or Washington Lake Park (in Washington Township).
