Ski scoot for winter!!!!

Ive had mine for 1 year now. I love it in the winter when everything is all shitty out and u cant ride a regular scoot.
there are multiple tricks than can be done. here is the stuff i have done so far.. tailwhip, doublewhip, barspin, T down, lil deck grabs, small 180 fakies( if u take the brake off on it), and almost BACKFLIP. the reason was the next thing i was gonna talk about..
Griptape.. bad thing about these is the ice build up on the grip.. so i invented a lil thing called monster bolt grip design.. all i did was drilled a series of holes and stuck small bolts through them( like a bike pedal) so no ice build u can accumulate on the grip. also in the back Drop Out there are tabs that hook to the DO and they get loose from time to time.. so i took 2 plates of metal and bolted them through the brake holes( on my old A cause the back ski fits on them too and plus its lighter) through the plastic on the ski. i also locked the foldy as anyone normally would. ive taken the brake off so u can do more tricks and so it dosnt get in ur way.
well thats just about all i have to say about them.. there fun me and dan barrett had fun messing around with them last winter.. i cant wait till this winter!

If I ever went to places with snow I'd totally get/make a snow scoot, they seem like they'd be so fun, can you like drift on them and stuff?

drift as in how.. like u can kick the back end out but i no if u were on compacted snow( a day later when cars ride on the snow to pack it) you can gett loose with them.:)

P.S dude i just noticed ur icon thing was a dog jumping over a hurtle..haha i always though it was like a guizzbo with like palm leaves covering it haha.

I have a great idea for the grip. Might be a little expensive than what you have right now, but it might be a little bit more practical. You could buy a bunch of snowboard stomp pads and put them in a line on the deck of the ski scoot.

what is the stomp pads made out of? like ribbed foam?... my snow skate has foam grip on it.. it works fine till u get in the snow and u have to keep wiping it off with ur hand and after like 15 mins ur gloves are wet

Anyway, I need one for december, Im going to NZ there and really want to hit the slopes on one of them... So like... If anyone can tell me how to fit one on a pro... Or like send me one (I will pay) like...Thanks haha :)

Man, I wish the snow in Ireland was good enough for snow scooting. Are those scooters actually good? Like, are they strong? And do people actually use them on land because I notice that they have wheels?

About the scooter, it's taken apart for the summer. I might rebuild it when the snow comes down and i might put my white 22" tall rad bars on it, but i may as well put on a regular steertube with a modified BMX stem and bars.
Another idea was to build a whole new deck for snow, no dropouts or anything.
Btw as in the scooter thread i said those double-nose skis were in manufacturing. Well, we got them, and they were shitty. They were smaller, thinner and appearantly weaker too, so after riding 2 hours for them, i bent my back ski with a flat whip. Version#1 skis for life. Grip sucks. Regular skateboard grip just collects snow and feet may slip off. In the winter i was thinking of glueing a door mat on the deck, but never got into action of doing it really. Maybe i should.

The big-air gap was the shit. I loved it but i never cleared it. I ate shit and snow many times so i quit it after two days of trying because my knees got really swollen for a week and i couldn't w even walk like a normal human. Advice: wear pads even if you think that snow is soft. Appearantly when i rode, they weren't powder snow days.

btw, i'm gonna re-edit the video and add a few clips more. Nothing much.
