5' 9'' and 150 pounds isnt even that skinny, its just average. I'm 6 foot and weight 150 pounds, but im still growing you know. My dad has ridiculous metabolism, and theres hardly ever junk food in our house, nor is there ever a cheap dinner, its always a round meal. My mom isn't a health nut, shes a stay at home mom who believes its her duty to cook a good dinner and thinks the cost of junk food is ridiculous to constantly resupply. My mother is actually overweight. My dad also watches what he eats as far as fucktons of sugars, calories, and fats, and influences me on what i need and dont need. What bothers me is the kids that are so skinny that they automatically have a 6 pack. Most of my weight is in my stomach and I used to do situps like crazy. I also got some big legs for my size. I guess its just family build, my brother and dad are the same way.
