Ridescooters3, my brother just took the bar in for welding today. Some of the bars are coming with gussets and backsweep and other will be the regular one pieces. They should be done within this week sometime. Not much longer.

Sounds like someone tried to use your PayPal account, I would call them asap.
Their customer service number is: 1-888-221-1161 (You might need a pin though. If they ask you for a pin, log into your PayPal account and click contact on the lower portion of the page)

regular bars, gusset bars, and gusset backsweep bars are in.
Pictures are being taken for the gusset and gusset backsweep currently, regular bars are back in stock though.
