which Nikon did you own Erik?

Because if your comparing a point and shoot Nikon or a d40 to your 30d then there really is no comparison. You you would have to compare a 30d to a d70s/d80 to be able to make an accurate comparison in my opinion.

I agree. I think he owns a nikon D40 if i remember right. a Nikon D40 VS. a Canon 30D is no comparison at all.

What are your thoughts ryan on it? I'm not saying canon owns in every aspect of photography but what makes you choose nikon over canon?
