I know this is probably the dumbest question to ask haha, but since the slayers aren't threaded do you just put them and and tighten it SUPER tight or do you have to have a threadless fork?

you can use a threaded fork. tighten it like you would a stock fork, it will become threaded as you ride.

stock comes threadless.

and the threads are in there to keep the headset tight. thats it. so it doesn't matter.

They didn't change the bars, they just leave it unattached to the scooter these days, since the T-tube can't fit into their forktube when the scooter is folded. Since stock bars are aluminium, and aluminium is soft, it becomes threadedish once it's clamped onto the fork.
