Slow mo on sony vegas 9

sorry i know this is a dumb question but i cant find the slow mo or fast motion on sony vegas 9
does anyone know where to find it

I dont know vegas, but look for speed options.

get after effects or on vegas you can use the envelopes in some weird way apparently. and to split clips you click 's'

by the way if you have like no clue at all about anything why bother having a good program like that
