slow rotation on pro

just got a brand spankin new pro model...and i just picked it up to check out how to get the gay plastic crap off on the fold mech and notice that rotating the deck around... its slow...it seems like something is tightened a little too much somewhere, but i have no idea where...and goin to do a barspin, its hard to get the bars to even rotate all the way around...

any ideas to fix this?

oh and a detailed description would help cause i'm not that great with all the scooter parts and crap

try loosening the cups on the headset thats wat me and my friend had to do to his scooter.

thanks, was it a pro?

my other scooter is an A...i finally wanted to upgrade to a pro...the deck whips around so fast on it that its crazy...of course i WD-40ed everything on it so its pretty slick...

don't use wd-40, when you first get pro models the headset it's tightned wayyy to much.

you need to, get an allen wrench, loosen the clamp at the bottom of the bars, unscrew your bars,
and there are two nuts, you loosen the top one, but you might want to put one nut in a clamp and turn the fork
because it's like really really tight. once you have them loosened tighten them agian but have it a little looser and you
will be fine and it will spin just fine.

the headtubes on the pros are cut crooked. so when they put the cups in they go in crooked. plus the fact that theyre tightened too much all makes the headset really slow. file down the crooked cuts so theyre even and it should work alot better.

the last 4 pros i got were all cut crooked and people complaining about them going slow and/or making cracking noises so i assumed they all were.

yeah, but it could just be that they put the headsets in crooked.

i got mine adjusted at a bike shop and now it spins grrreat.

I got myself banned.
Loosening is avoiding the real problem. You need to take the headsed apart, totally clean it by whiping the cups out with alcohol and soaking thhe bearings in alcohol, than soaking them in 3 in 1 oil. It will spin amazing after that, when tight too.

I saw (can't remember where) that some top cups that go on the fork are welded crooked...the welding of the cup with the nut...
Can someone check that and confirm...I don't ride a pro...so...
