Snow Scooters

I'm going up to park city the end of January. I'm thinking of bolting a skateboard deck to the bottom of my deck(with some modification) and having like part of the tail of the deck on my forks. Should I do this, or buy one?(Money is an issue, I only have 60 bucks right now). If you know of any ok snowscoots in the $60 range please tell me

wood woldnt slide that good on the snow
try buying a cheap small snowboard and using that instead

hey go on ebay and get one of the snow lepards there like 50

the skateboard would not turn well because it doesn't have the metal edges that are skis and snowboards
