how much would a half decent setup get you these days?

what would the BEST setup go for?

bro you can get a stock ultra pro for like 70 bucks.

the best would be like 400-550. the most expensive could go up to like 700-800.

$60-80 for an Ultra Pro deck or District Deck coming out.
$60 for a set of bars.
$60 for a fork.
$60-70 for a pair of wheels.
$60 for Brass Knuckles or like $10 for an HIC thing.
$30 for a Cane Creek S1 (if you want a sealed headset).
$40ish for bearings, grips, barends, griptape, etc.

You're looking at around $400ish for a reallllly dialed in setup, but prices definitely didn't raise much more than when you left.

i remember i had a razor pro with a locked foldy, two free micro metalcores from greg and some foam grips for like 40 bucks LOL

dude my perfect setup is an ultra pro,slap on a fid comet or a proto gripper,toss on some bones swiss and ill be set for life

True, be happy you're not (or weren't) into any bicycle sports. A good bmx frame goes for $200+ and bmx is probably the cheapest bicycle sport.

i could really care less who he is. i don't care if he is the greatest rider on planet earth, scooter parts are really not that expensive and i'm tired of people saying they are. God should be spelled with a capital g too, asshole.
