So how bout that earthquake?

5.8 in Virginia, I felt it in south jersey, and I know people who felt it in north jersey/ new york.
I know that was my first real earthquake haha. How was everyones reactions?

I was sleeping in my bed and thought that my dad had come in and was shaking my bed trying to wake me up. Looked over, nobody there. Then it clicked that it was an earthquake. First one I've ever experienced too. I live in PA btw.

This could just have been a foreshock.. if it was, there could be a huge earthquake coming.

This is the second earthquake ive been in, the first was a 2.9 ( i think) in a fault line a few miles away, that one was deff more awesome than this one.

It's more than likely, it's unlike that there wont be.. strong enough to feel in jersey though? probably not.

Unless this was a foreshock of course.
