is soa legit because i brought some asp bars from them like 2 weeks ago and it took them a week to contact back

they said they had probalms with there website so they couldnt contact back and they didnt have the size i wanted but they had the next size down

so we contacted them back and said we will have the next size down which was 20 x 18 what they had instock
but they never contacted back when they said they would

so do u think they have took my money because me and my dad are getting peed off
