BTW. The Buff bars are 18 x 17.
BUT 17 is a little cut off so like its a very very small amount off.It just looks like more because i took some of the tape off.

And for the forks,yes they are scratched.
i sanded down a lot of it,the fork tube for the most part,
i will try tomorrow to get more off if i can.
