i have square deck reinforcments and they squeek like you say if they are not fully tight

Im using allen key bolts and it makes the sound

Why would allen key bolts make those sounds?

idk why i just think that regular bolts are stronger

just squirt a little wd40 or rp7 between you foldy bolts and headtube and it stops it creaking did it too mine and it worked a charm if it goes on your griptape be sure to dry it straight away or it will most likely lose stickyness and you wil have to glue it back down
