painting your scooter makes it look hella cheap, unless you do a really sick job and choose the right colours n stuff, or make a sick design. imo scooters should look like they're made out of metal, not play-doh...

^^yeah just plan it out so it wont look sketch. and take your time and it can look good.

but once it scratches it will look really bad!

yeah, agreed. i painted my scooter 2 times, and put my time into it and did everything right, and it still looked horrible

ur better off leavin it alone, the finish the aluminum has is way better at preventing oxidation then spray paint could ever be. in my opinion spray paint is pointless.

No. Aluminum oxidizes extraordinarily fast. In minutes or seconds I believe. The layer is just clear so you can't see it and the corrosion actually protects the metal.

yea exactly which prevents more oxidation, and once again, in my opinion, its just a better finish then spray paint and also knicks and dings in spray paint is much more noticeable then the coating that comes on it, but like i said its just wut i prefer, just a nice and clean look, and its already there haha.
