SPRING BREAK SKATEBOARD & SCOOTER CONTEST
The Conejo Recreation & Park District presents a skateboard contest on April 10th at 10:00am-3:00pm, and a scooter contest on April 12th at 10:00am-3:00pm. This event is geared towards skateboard riders and spectators. There will be competitive riding divisions and special trick categories, with prizes for winners as well as games and special giveaways for spectators.
There will be vendors and music included at events.
There will be qualifying rounds scheduled for competitive riders prior to event to make sure riders are in skill appropriate divisions.
There will be a $5 registration fee for each competition & special trick category, per person. Main contests are “jam” style format, which is more competitor-friendly.
REGISTRATION
Registration for these events must be done in person; every rider must have a signed waiver form to compete. To pick up a waiver form, please visit Borchard Community Center, 190 North Reino Road, Newbury Park, CA 91320. All other questions about sponsorship or event schedule call Aaron Council
