...Of course it is! It's not like this is a real award. It's just something fun and not too serious we do every year. The nominations are a popularity contest not based on anything but some random user posting a name and the voting is the same.

If anyone told you this was anything other they would be sadly mistaken.

Have you ever voted for anything before in your life. It is like the presidential, or basically any election. First, people make nominations, then after that, the most popular nominees are voted for to decide the winner. That is how things work.
