idk about all these i think noobs should just get smarter but maybe before they join make a paragraph that they have to read or something. because when i first started on here i didnt do anything like the kids are these days, i think they just need some common sense
Unfortunately something like 85% of the world lacks any common sense whatsoever (yeah, I can make up statistics to prove my point, get over it). I was actually surprised when I found out that there are actually people who can't even put together ikea furniture even if the instructions are right in front of them...

You have no right to talk. You are new to this site and you are part of the problem. You've bumped and been disrespectful to other riders, which are both part of the things we want to accomplish.

Thats a sweet idea it would prevent random ignorant questions and the site would be alot more organized
it would also enable people to buy and sell there stuff easier less confusion

Ive been thinking about SR a lot and i got a couple new ideas, just wondering if anybody thought theyd be good ideas or not.

What if the sell your stuff thread was split up into different sections? One thread for complete scooters. a different thread for wheels. another for bars. it would make it more convenient for buyers and sellers. and it would help create a little more organization. a lot of bike forums i visit have it set up into different sections. And would that affect how much bandwidth is being used?

Another idea i had would be for a new member entry test. like, just to make sure people arent coming in that know nothing about scooters. im thinking it wouldn't be hard, just like general knowledge questions. like a head tube from a steer tube. or a t tube from a cross bar.
I was thinking about that more and kinda realized it might drive away a lot of people if the were brand new to the sport. but maybe have like a week long thing were people could get to know SR, learn the ropes, but they couldnt post in threads, they could read and browse like most other members and learn about scooters and whats going on in the world of scooters. just a thought.

These were just a couple random thoughts i came up with.
First Bolt, Yes that's a great idea.

Second Bold, What if the kid is blind or illiterate?

Actually This is my new account I made so I'm not actually new to the site and I know what I'm doing and the admin and moderators are just as bad always posting stupid stuff and disrespecting people because they haven't rode as long as them

i have an idea.
i was just in the public section cuz i felt like laughing.
and whats the piont of it, its a waste of broadwidth or w/e it is, but yea its like a massive waste cuz those kids shoudl just sign up for sr.
its like the same two kids making millions of threads, but i guess if we left them in the sight then they will make mega noob threads here.
idk i just felt like telling someone that.

Bold - If you know what you are doing why have you bumped threads and done other things that most new people do?

Italic - That doesn't even make sense. The mods don't post stupid things at all, they are the ones who control the forums and keep it from being overrun by stupid threads and posts. They don't disrespect people either, the mods are probably some of the chillest people on this site from what I can tell just by sharing an online community with them.
I'm not trying to fight, I just don't think you should be talking about the problem not being solved, when you are part of it.
